Terms of Hire
We will refund any deposits/monies payed if the holiday is affected by a covid shut down and/ or travel restrictions. Where possible we will offer an alternative date if required.
Conditions of hire.
- The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age.
- By making this booking you are agreeing to our conditions of hire.
- No stag or hen parties.
- There is a no smoking policy in all of our vans.
- If dogs are allowed they must be kept off all seating and beds. Kept on a lead at all times when on the park ,and please make sure you clean up after them.
- If dogs are taken into caravans where they arnt permitted you will be asked to leave with no refund.
- Dogs must not be left on their own at any time in the caravan.
- No bbqs allowed on the decking.
- The cost of any damage or extra cleaning will be taken out of your security bond.
Bookings
- The deposit secures the date, your holiday is not booked until this has being paid.
- Names and ages of all guests must be given. Names not given are not authourised to stay in the caravan.
- Full rental cost and security bond is due 2 weeks before your holiday date. Failure to do this will result in your holiday being cancelled with no deposit refund.
- If booking within 2 weeks of your holiday date, full payment is required.
Cancellations
- If you decide to cancel your holiday , the deposit will not be refunded.
- If you have made full payment and cancel, your security bond will be returned and 50% of your holiday payment (excludes deposit)
- Should the accommodation become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, where possible we will offer alternative accommodation or offer a full refund.
- we recommed taking out travel insurance.
Security Bond
- There is a £75 security bond on all our caravans. This is payable with the final balance .
- The securitybond will be returned to yourself within 48 hours of you vacating the caravan when it has being checked.
- You will loose your deposit if there is any smoking in the caravan, pets have being in a van where not allowed. Any damage, exessive cleaning will be charged at cost.
- You will be charged for any lost keys.
- Any smaller items damaged may be replaced like for like , by yourselves but please report .

check in is after 2pm... check out is by 10am.
passes if required can be purchased from the park reception on arrival.
If you have any allergies , please mention when booking.. pets may have being in the caravan previously .
in compliance with th GDPR (data protection may 2018) law, by readind and agreeing to these terms and conditions
you give us authorisation to hold your details which is required between us and the owner. They will not be shared
with any third party.
